“All my communication with Andres Cuellar was very positive. He was able to meet me at the house with short notice and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable for the work. We scheduled a time and unfortunately, I had to change the time/date several times due to a couple of closing date changes. Andres was very understanding and moved the date each time even when I moved the date up and then back again. They arrived on time and painted the house in two days (without any furniture in house). Andres also was willing to install one of the drapery rods in a different room and that helped me a ton. I was very happy they were willing to help me out with this request. “Painted the interior of our home in June 2014. Their work was very good, including the clean-up. Andres gave us a 5 yr. warranty on all labor and materials. In May 2014 we noticed a few cracks in the walls, and one in the kitchen ceiling. We have had some heavy rains this spring, which very well could have caused some swelling of our home. Andres examined the areas affected, and said he would send a crew over to repair the areas, at no charge to us whatsoever. A two man crew worked one entire day repairing and painting the affected areas, and they did an excellent job. Andres was raised same as me: “A man’s word is his bond.”
